What to expect at Flip Computing
Our commitment to freelancers
We are clear about when freelancers will be paid for their work and aim to provide prompt payment. Typically, freelancers are paid within 7 days of invoice.
Four day working week
Our remote-first office operates from Monday to Thursday. Our typical hours are 8.30 to 16:30.
Flexible working
The typical working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30 to 16:30. However, this is fully flexible. We focus on productivity over ‘hours worked’.
Collaborative remote working
We are a remote-first organisation but that doesn’t mean we work in isolation. We have a virtual office for co-working and make use of live collaboration tools.
