Activity

In advance, cut out identical person shapes for a variety of skin tones.

Ask your makers to design one or more items of clothing or accessories to fit the people.

Ask them to think about how they will make sure their clothing fits the templates.

Once they have designed their items, get them to try to find others with whom they can combine their creations to make a complete outfit for one of the people.

A photograph looking down on a desk. Spread around are sketches of people. Their clothes are partly coloured showing that they are in the design process.

Build on this

Create a wall display of all of the people wearing the outfits the group has made.
